Audio Response

It's not necessarily new, but it might be new to you! By calling our
separate Audio Response telephone numbers, you can have access to your
account information almost 24 hours a day!! When you call our Audio
Response system, you can find out information on your accounts such as
balances, checks cleared, deposits made, loan payments made, etc. You
can transfer money to various sub-accounts within the same account
number, such as savings to checking or loan, checking to savings or
loan, etc. You can even request a withdrawal check be sent to you
through the mail! What do you need to do to use the Audio Response
system? Just give us a call if you haven't been issued a PIN number.
We'll get one issued for you. You will then be urged to change your
password to something you can easily remember. Already have a PIN but
forgot the phone numbers? No problem!! The Audio Response system can be
accessed by dialing 214-503-1183 if you are in the Dallas area, or if
you're outside the local area you can call TOLL FREE 1-888-237-6607.
